SHIPPING & COURIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

At Coast Blvd, we take utmost care in ensuring your orders are promptly processed, packaged securely, and entrusted to reputable courier services for delivery. However, please be aware that once your package is in the hands of the designated courier, we relinquish control over its safe transit and delivery. We want to inform you that Coast Blvd cannot be held liable for any misplacement, loss, theft, or damage that may occur to parcels during the shipping process.

While we collaborate with reliable shipping partners to minimise any potential issues, circumstances beyond our control may arise during transit. It is important to note that any claims or concerns related to the delivery process, including misplacement, loss, theft, or damage, should be directed to the respective courier service responsible for the package.

DELIVERY TIMES

At Coast Blvd, we collaborate with a range of trusted courier services tailored to your specific address.  Each courier has different shipping estimated times therefore we can provide you with a general approximation of your order's delivery timeframe. Please note; these are only an estimation and in no way shall Coast Blvd be held liable for delivery considered ‘late’ and past the estimated shipping timeframe. All estimation times are for metro delivery and do not include the estimation time for regional locations.

Below is a rough guide on shipping estimations:

Australia-wide Delivery

Regular Post -  2-3 business days after shipping confirmation.

Express Shipping - 1-3 business days 

After the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will then receive a shipping confirmation email.

Our distribution centre is situated in Melbourne and operates regularly, except on public holidays. It's worth mentioning that instances of high-volume orders received by Coast Blvd might lead to dispatch delays.

Please be aware that the estimated delivery times do not encompass customs clearance procedures or cases where a shipment is temporarily held for duty or tax payment. Coast Blvd does not ship internationally.

SHIPPING FEES

For orders totalling $140 or less, there will be a flat rate postage fee of $10 Australia-wide.

FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders over $140.

Express Shipping - $20

Please note: the eligibility for free shipping on orders over $140 is subject to potential adjustments.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status.

HOME DELIVERY

In the event that you're unavailable at the time of delivery, rest assured that your order will be placed in a designated 'safe place'. Our dedicated delivery drivers are committed to recording these arrangements as best they can, often accompanied by photographic evidence of the delivery location.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If you provide an incorrect delivery address or the parcel is unclaimed through Australia Post or any of our other shipping providers, the customer is liable to pay for the second delivery.
