REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, not altered or washed in any way, with tags, stickers and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Easy Returns: Here's How.
- Reach Out First: Before sending anything back, just drop us an email at team@cosatblvd.co Include your full name, order number, and a quick reason about why you’re requesting a return. We’ll help you through the process!
- Send It Back: Once we’ve got your email and sorted out the details, we’ll let you know how to send your return.
- Let Us Know When It’s On Its Way: After you’ve shipped your return, shoot us another email with your order number in the subject line. This way, we can keep an eye out for your return and get things sorted quickly.
- Return Shipping Costs: Keep in mind that you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we can’t refund these shipping fees.
- Return Conditions: Make sure your return is in good shape—no signs of wear, damage, or scratches. If it doesn’t meet these conditions, we may need to send it back to you.
Address Accuracy:
When initiating a return, please ensure your address details are accurately provided. Coast Blvd is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer information.
Return & Refund Process:
To make your return process smooth, we recommend going for a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. While we wish we could guarantee the safe arrival of your return, the unpredictable can happen. It's worth noting that if the package goes astray, we can't take responsibility.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product price on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
If you decide to return the product/s and they are found to be in unsatisfactory condition upon inspection – which includes but not limited to; signs of wear, sweat or makeup marks or any product damage -unfortunately, the return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This approach helps expedite the exchange process, ensuring you get the item you want without delay.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we don't hear from you within the first 10 days, we'll assume any problems arose after delivery. Please be aware that if the items are damaged or defective and you do not inform us within this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If a sale item is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund after it is assessed by our team.
Consumer Guarantee - Warranty:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The sole warranty applicable to our goods is the consumer guarantee specified in the Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer any extra or other warranties.
